We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Warehouse & Online Fulfilment Coordinator to join the búl head office team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in stock allocation, dispatch, and logistics, with a background in the fashion industry or a related field. This role requires strong organisational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage time effectively. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating stock receipts, inventory management, and the dispatch of shipments, including online orders, while ensuring a high level of customer service. Knowledge of platforms such as Lightspeed, Shopify, and StarShippit is a plus, and the role requires the ability to lift up to 20kgs and work independently five days a week.

• Coordinating the receipt of stock from our suppliers
• Picking and packing weekly stock transfers and replenishments
• Managing the dispatch and logistics of shipments including online orders
• Inventory management
• Coordination of product uploads, reporting and inventory management relating to marketplace platforms
• High level of customer service and providing relevant support to retail outlets

• Has previous hands-on experience in stock allocation & dispatch
• Has previous experience in a fashion brand or related field
• Has excellent organisation and communication skills
• Has strong attention to detail and is able to manage their time well
• Enjoys a “hands-on” role and is capable of lifting 20kgs, moving boxes and bulky items
• Is a highly motivated self-starter and confident working independently
• Prior knowledge of Lightspeed, Shopify and StarShippit would be advantageous

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our e-commerce operations, with a focus on improving website functionality and ensuring a seamless user experience. This role involves enhancing SEO for all products, developing and managing our digital marketing strategy, and identifying new opportunities and trends in the digital marketing space. You will also handle reporting and analytics, refine advertising strategies to optimise sales performance, and collaborate with our graphic designer to develop engaging assets.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role, with exceptional time management and organisational skills. A strong working knowledge of META, Google Ads, and Google Shopping is essential, as well as experience with Ahrefs. Your ability to adapt to changing digital landscapes and work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team will be crucial in driving the success of our e-commerce initiatives.
